"Why did I choose to create BG Recruitment?

​

It's simple really. BG Recruitment specialises in placing exceptional sales talent within Estate Agency and the Motor Trade.

So why did I decide on that?

​

Easy, because I have done both jobs. I understand the culture, what and who makes it succeed. It is such a fast paced environment that requires care and precision as well as keeping a good momentum going. Houses and Cars, they are the biggest purchases most people make in their life, so having the right experience is essential to customers, and that starts with the person they meet with on day 1.

Personality, experience, knowledge (eg: product, area), integrity and TRUST! The most important aspects of any sales person.

So that is why I did it, that is why I continue to do it, because helping your team succeed means your business succeeds. And most importantly, YOU succeed.
