- Full Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive Property Valuer to carry out thorough assessments of residential and commercial properties, deliver accurate and well researched valuations, build strong client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth through informed advice and effective opportunity spotting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and market appraisals
- Research local market trends and comparable sales
- Prepare detailed and compliant valuation reports
- Advise clients on pricing, marketing, and sales strategy
- Maintain CRM records and manage client communication
- Work closely with sales and lettings teams to maximise opportunities
- Represent the company professionally during appointments
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Analytical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
Salary: Basic of £22,350 and £50,000+ OTE
