Our client are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer focused Hotel Receptionist to join their friendly team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience. This role involves managing the front reception desk, handling reservations, and providing exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests warmly and provide an excellent first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and local information.
- Handle guest issues or complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Support guests with special requests (e.g., room preferences, early check-in).
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Manage room assignments and secure guest information.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
16 hour week contract, overtime may be available during busier periods (i.e Fling Festival, Festive Season).
