We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our client’s HR department. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with the onboarding process, including documentation and induction scheduling
- Prepare HR correspondence such as contracts, letters, and policy updates
- Support recruitment activities including posting job adverts and arranging interviews
- Manage HR inbox enquiries and provide timely responses
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain compliance records
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with payroll and absence reporting where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR systems (desirable)
- Keen to develop within a growing HR team
